Split Placement is the situation where two or more recruiters work together and serve a company to find the best talent. It is a deal between two hiring competitors to fulfill the requirement of a common client. There are various split placement models for recruiters to consider. The workload gets divided and results are multiplied. Mostly, it is done to maintain a good client relationship. Some recruitment firms offer in-house splits to their teams. When more than two recruiters are involved in single hiring, it is known as three-way placement.
