    A reviewer is a person who reviews or examines the given task. He verifies whether the performance is up to the mark or not. In the case of the performance management process in organizations, managers review employees’ achievements and are called reviewers. It is a common terminology and can be used in any relevant situation. During the performance appraisal in an organization, employees are reviewed for their work and given bonuses or pay raises based on evaluations done by managers.
