Reviewee is the person who is reviewed. To review means to verify or evaluate the task or activity. In an organization, an employee’s performance is reviewed by the managers during the performance appraisal process, in this situation an employee is a subject and thus he/she is the reviewee. In the PMS (Performance Management System) of a company, managers review the tasks done and objectives achieved by employees. It is a common practice and plays a vital role in evaluating the progress of the business.
