Probationary Arrangement

Read Time: 1 Mins

A probationary arrangement means a contract or an agreement between employer and employee in which the employee agrees to serve the employment for a trial period or probation. Normally, the probationary period stays for three to six months. Once both the parties, employee and the employer are happy, the employee is removed from the probation period to permanent employment policy. The decision of removing probation depends on an employee’s performance, behavior, skills, code of conduct, and learning pace.
