Performance Analysis Quadrant { PAQ }

When an employee in an organization does not perform up to the mark and his performance is being questioned by the employer, the first solution considered is the training of the employee to get better performance. Performance Quadrant or Performance Analysis Quadrant (PAQ) is the tool to identify the appropriate solution for such type of situation. This is an important and standard tool in the toolbox of every organizational development. It is based on the answers to two basic questions:

Does the employee have adequate job knowledge?

Does the employee have the appropriate attitude to perform the job?
