    Inhouse talent means an existing employee’s expertise on skill set apart from his/her KRA (Key Responsibility Areas). In-house recruitment in an organization means appointing a person within the organization rather than outsourcing the same. It is the most popular way of fulfilling open positions in a company. Since employees are already familiar with the organization and already know about the job description, it takes lesser time than a stranger to grasp the new culture and new work.

    There are several pros and cons of in-house talent recruitment to an organization. On one side where organization saves time and efforts, they also do not encounter fresh talent. From the employee point of view, they get new opportunities that add value to their profile but also affect their productivity.
