The hiring journey is the combination of the candidate journey and the recruiter’s journey while hiring a candidate for a specific job position. The candidate’s journey has 6 stages; Awareness, Consideration, Interest, Application, Selection and Hire. The hiring journey is about the following attributes;

Attracting qualified and fresh talent, connecting with them by discussing open job positions for their career, engaging them and matching profiles of candidates with available opportunities, creating a pipeline, and reporting after candidate’s selection.
