  • Employee Well-Being: This refers to how employees are treated. Companies with this focus are concerned with their employees’ health, safety, and work-life balance. They may provide attractive benefits, safe working conditions, and prospects for advancement.

Regular Monitoring and Reporting

We constantly examine the impact and effectiveness of our CSR initiatives. Regular assessments assist us in identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary. To maintain transparency, progress reports are distributed to stakeholders.

Following these steps ensures that our goals of the CSR program are more than simply a statement but a genuine commitment that positively impacts the world.

Flexible Work Policies

Flexible Work Policies

Flexible work rules are meant to provide employees more freedom over when and where they work. These rules acknowledge that people’s needs and responsibilities outside of work differ.

Incorporating Flexible Work Arrangements

To fulfill a variety of demands, we provide a choice of flexible work arrangements. Such choices include remote work, flextime, and shorter workweeks.

Remote Work Opportunities

We allow employees to work remotely from locations other than the office to perform their tasks. This promotes work-life balance while also lowering commute time.

Flextime and Compressed Workweeks

Employees who have flextime can set their own start and end times within a certain range. With compressed workweeks, employees can work longer hours on fewer days, giving them more days off.

Job Sharing and Part-Time Options

We encourage job sharing, which involves two employees splitting one role and working part-time. We also provide part-time jobs to accommodate varying availability and responsibilities.

Technology Support for Remote Work

We provide the necessary technological tools and help facilitate successful remote work, such as remote access to systems and virtual communication platforms.

By applying these flexible work concepts, we can build a more inclusive and adaptive work environment that values individual needs while increasing productivity and employee satisfaction.

Amendments To The Policy

The Board of Directors on its own and/or on the recommendation of the CSR Committee, can amend its policy as and when it deems fit. Any or all provisions of the CSR Policy will be subject to revision/amendment in accordance with the regulations on the subject as maybe issued from relevant statutory authorities, from time to time.
