What We’re Looking For

We publish content that helps people navigate people operations, improve workplace experiences, and lead high-performing teams. Good guest posts are:

  • Practical and actionable, not generic advice
  • Backed by real examples, case studies, or data
  • Written for HR leaders, managers, business leaders, and practitioners
  •  Original insights that our readers can apply immediately

Examples of topics we love include:

  • Future of work & workplace trends
  • HR strategy & people operations best practices
  • Payroll, compliance, and compensation insights
  • Culture building, performance management, and retention
  • Leadership development and team effectiveness
  • DEI, wellbeing, and employee engagement

If you’re unsure whether your idea fits, lean into our audience’s needs: HR professionals and business leaders who want real solutions, not theory.

What Kind of Content We Don’t Publish

  • Content that feels promotional or sales-driven
  • Rehashed or generic industry tropes
  • “Listicles” with shallow points and no depth
  • Posts published elsewhere or recycled from other sources

Every submission must be original and exclusive to Keka.
