A scorecard is a part of structured hiring. It is a list of skill sets and qualifications that are needed for a particular job position. It helps to design a successful and smooth hiring process. It is an outline that must be followed during an interview. It is also known as an interview scorecard. Recruiters use this interview scorecard to systematize the evaluation of candidate profiles. Each interviewer follows the standard scorecard and fills the card, later the scorecards get compiled and string profiles are filtered based on various attributes.
