Internship
An internship is referred to the period spent by an intern in a company temporarily. It is a short-term work experience for fresh college graduates and students to learn and stay in a company to gain practical business knowledge before going further for a real job. During an internship, an intern does not earn a complete salary as others do and sometimes do not get paid at all. It completely varies from company to company. Generally, interns invest their time in working on relevant projects, learning about the specific field, making industry connections, and developing both hard and soft skills. Internships sometimes even lead to full-time job offers.
