Employee Assessment
Employee assessment is the process of evaluating employee performance for appraisals and measuring productivity. Employment assessment tests are mostly done to review the compensation strategy and performance. Generally, in organizations, the HR (Human Resource) department conducts employee assessment tests to improve their productivity and analyze if the employee rightly busy or just investing time.
Many companies do employee assessments on a yearly or quarterly basis. This is done to focus more on the progress of an employee and how one can work on enhancing their skills to improve further and increase the company’s growth.

- 360-degree feedback: multiple evaluation process which includes assessments from superiors, peers and ones’ self
- SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis: evaluating strengths and weaknesses of an employee
