Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence (EI) also commonly known as Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the ability of an individual to manage, evaluate and perceive emotions. The EQ defines how a person uses his/her emotions to react to various situations and make decisions. It helps a person to stay strong, emotionally balanced, and maintain healthy relationships with everyone they are associated with whether personally or professionally.
Various assessments and evaluating tools are available to measure the Emotional Quotient of a person.
