NetSuite is Oracle's cloud ERP suite, covering financials, billing, and project accounting. For most services firms it's where the books live, invoices go out of it, revenue is recognised in it, and the month-end close happens there. How does NetSuite + Keka work? Keka and NetSuite hold a lot of the same records of your people, your clients, your projects, the time booked against them. This integration connects the two, so each record is maintained once and stays accurate on both sides. We're building it in the order your process runs. Employee sync is live: 1. Onboard once. A new joiner added in Keka appears in NetSuite as an employee record. No CSV imports, no duplicate data entry. 2. Ready for project accounting. Because every employee already exists in NetSuite with the right department and designation, project costing and time entry have a clean foundation to build on. Attributes synced are configurable. Map the Keka fields you want to their NetSuite equivalents during setup.
