Job summary

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to overlook the marketing department, all its functionality, and reporting.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality and an ability to take ideas from inception to execution.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage all marketing campaigns from an execution standpoint for various channels – online, digital, print, and event.
  2. Drive and manage all cross-department reporting in Excel and other tools.
  3. Collaborate with senior management and communicate regularly on plans for the week and month.
  4. Research and be aware of trends in the current market to turn insights into action plans.
  5. Ensure all marketing tools are used efficiently within the department – from emails to social tools until track. 
  6. Mentor new employees of your department and ensure their smooth onboarding.
  7. Ensure all collaterals are on-brand: Work with operational teams on implementation and roll-out of brand standards and identifiers.

Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Media, Communications, or similar is strongly preferred or relevant to marketing.
  • Ability to make decisions independently for the team and company.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure or in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing.
