• Referrers sign up for the Referral Program through Keka's official referral portal and gain access to their Referral Dashboard.
• The Referrer shares their personal referral link within their network.
• If a prospective customer signs up via the Referrer’s shared link, the contact is forwarded to Keka for qualification.
• If the Prospect is qualified and completes a demonstration of the Keka product, the Referrer receives the Amazon Gift Card reward.
• If the Prospect converts into a paying customer, the Referrer receives an additional incentive in the form of an Amazon Gift Card, as per the program’s terms.

• Individuals who are not current Keka customers.
• Referrers must be in good standing with Keka HR and not in violation of any terms of service or agreements.

The Amazon Gift Card reward will be provided to the Referrer within 1 to 1.5 months after the referred Prospect subscribes to Keka's services or when the lead is qualified.

• A Referral that, takes a demo of Keka, and meets the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria for Keka, will be considered a Qualified Referral
• The organization of the Prospect is not in Keka’s active database.
• The organization is in the database but has been unresponsive for 6 months and the Prospect revives it.
• The organization is in the database and has been unresponsive or lost, but the Referrer connects Keka with the right decision-makers, and the Prospect revives.
• The organization being referred is NOT already in the sales cycle.

No, individuals are not permitted to refer their own organization under the Keka Ambassador Program. This policy ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of the program by preventing potential misuse. We encourage referrals for other companies or professionals who would genuinely benefit from Keka’s solutions.

No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so there is no cap on the number of rewards you can earn.
