Depending on the needs, you can reach us on the following channels. We are available Monday through Friday From Eastern to Pacific time, we cover 8 AM Eastern to 7 PM.

Email is the best and most preferred way for our customers to reach us. We are able to respond to most emails within an hour during business hours. Reach us at support@keka.com

Live chat

You will have access to live chat directly from your Keka HR web application. This is preferred channel when you have most collaborative support needs.

Phone

We are available on phone too when you have pressing needs. Please note that our phone channels are limited and we only reserve a max 30 minute call per customer.
