- Get all the required details about the new hires from the HR department such as:

- Job role
- Contact information
- Required software and permissions
- Now order the equipment they’ll need to perform their tasks such as:
- Laptop/desktop
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- USBs
- Cables
- Analyze which tools and access will the new hire need including:
- Productivity tools
- Project management software
- Analytics
- Ensure to get approval from management
First Day duties:
- Set up the workstation
- Set company accounts like:
- Emails
- Communication platform
- Login credentials such Okta, OneLogin, etc
- Brief them on how to use office equipment such as:
- Fax machines
- Printers
- Projectors
- Explain how they can reach out to you in case of any technical issues
