    We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team who will ensure customers succeed using our cutting-edge endpoint technology. As a trusted adviser, you will identify important customer MBOs to drive a roadmap, milestones, and the development of client champions. The ideal applicant will come from a SaaS or security company, have a proven track record of success, and use consultative selling techniques. You must be a strong communicator, a great listener, and a curious and imaginative problem solver.

    Account Manager Roles and Responsibilities

    • Building and sustaining solid, long-lasting customer relationships. 
    • Managing client account management, including drafting contracts and agreements to maximize profit. 
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for all issues about your accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all issues with customer account management.
    • Establishing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients 
    • Contract negotiations and closing agreements to maximize profits
    • Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer requirements and goals.
    • Develop new business with existing clients and pinpoint areas for improvement to meet sales quotas. 
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). 
    • Prepare reports on account status. 
    • Work with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
    • Assist with difficult client requests or issues.

    Account Manager Skills and Requirements

    • 8–10 years of overall relevant job experience
    • A major or MBA is preferred in business management, economics, or operations.
    • Superb proficiency in Microsoft Excel. It will be crucial to possess an in-depth understanding of the following Excel capabilities, but not just those. Pivot tables, graphs, macros, VLOOKUP, simple formulas like sum, SUMIF, and IFERROR
    • Strong awareness of the Display Advertising Ecosystem, Ad Networks, Rich Media Vendors, RTB/Programmatic Media Buying, and the ability to create fresh infographics to convey business/performance reports
    • Promote quality control in campaign delivery processes.
    • Proven analytical abilities; recommended knowledge of PowerBI, statistical analysis, etc.
    • It will be advantageous if you have experience managing foreign clients.
    • Demonstrated skills in EQ identification, enhancement, and application.
    • Proven experience building customer connections and promoting revenue growth.
