How does the referral program work?
Sign in with your work email to get your unique referral link. Share it with HR leaders in your network. Every valid registration through your link adds one point to your score on the leaderboard.
Where do people register?
On the official event page at keka.com/katalyst-winter-edition. Your referral code is attached to your link automatically, so we know the registration came from you.
What can I win?
The top 5 referrers win an Apple Watch SE, Amazon Echo, Noise Smart Watch, Gabit Smart Ring and Node Wireless Charging Ecosystem, in that order. You also unlock a Keka Merch Pack at 10 valid referrals, the Keka Brand Kit at 25 and the Keka Premium Brand Kit at 50.
When does the leaderboard lock?
At 11:00 AM IST on 18 November 2026. Registrations through your link before that time count towards your score.
What counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral (1) registers using your unique link, (2) uses a work email and a real name, and (3) is a new registration, not someone already on the event list.
What makes a referral invalid?
Personal or disposable email addresses, fake or placeholder names, duplicate registrations, and registrations that look automated or were submitted in bulk on behalf of other people. Invalid referrals do not count towards your score.
Do I need to attend to win?
Yes. You must attend the event live to claim any prize, including milestone merch. Your referrals only need to register.
What happens if I am on the leaderboard but don't attend?
You stay on the public leaderboard, but you give up the prize. The next eligible referrer in rank order moves up to claim it.
What if referrers have the same score?
Ties are broken by who reached that score first. This is worked out automatically from registration times.
How are winners contacted?
Winners are announced at the event, and the Keka team emails them within 3 to 5 business days to arrange delivery.
When will I receive my rewards?
Prizes and milestone merch are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks of the event, after the leaderboard has been checked for invalid referrals and shipping details are confirmed by email.
Can I share my link publicly?
Yes. LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp groups, Slack communities and newsletters are all fine, as long as they reach HR leaders. Sharing with unrelated audiences usually produces invalid registrations that don't count.
Can I see who registered through my link?
No. To protect each registrant's privacy, you see your total count on your dashboard but never individual names or emails.
What if a referral was wrongly marked invalid?
Use "Report a problem" on your dashboard with the details of the registration. We review every report before the final rankings are confirmed.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. The conference is free to attend, the referral program is free to join, and prizes are shipped at no cost.
Do referrals from one device count?
Each person should register themselves from their own device. Bulk registrations from a single device are capped and do not all count.
