Waiters, also known as servers, assist consumers in restaurants by taking their food orders and delivering it to their tables. Waiters support restaurant customers by taking down their orders, delivering requested meals to tables, and preparing bills at the conclusion of the meal. Waiters are often responsible for asking customers whether they are comfortable with their meal and offering the necessary assistance if they are not.

- What skills, qualities, and characteristics do you possess that make you a good fit for a Waitress/Waiter position?
- We’re looking for a Waitress/Waiter who can be versatile in this position and work odd hours when necessary. Describe a time when you were able to be versatile at work.
- You will be expected to provide excellent service at all times as our Waitress/Waiter. Give an example of a time when you provided outstanding customer service in a previous role.
- What would you do if a customer at our restaurant was dissatisfied? What would you think about if you were dealing with them, and why?
- Describe the basic measures you will take to resolve a customer issue.
- You spot another Waitress/Waiter being rude to one of our customers while serving them while working at our restaurant as a Waitress/Waiter. What would you do in this situation?
- You will need to work hard as part of a team as a Waitress/Waiter. When was the last time you worked in a group to accomplish a challenging task?
