    Telecommuting is also known as ‘teleworking’. It means when an employee performs their job or tasks outside their traditional office with telecommunication options like phone, email, internet tools, etc. Working from home is also a way of telecommuting. Industries including Sales, IT, project-based works, Content writing, Software programming, etc offer telecommuting jobs. It saves a lot of infrastructural costs, traveling expenses of employees as well as a lot of time. Some medical professionals, including health claims analysts and even some radiologists, have begun to work from home. Telecommuting is also known by a few alternate names like working remotely, e-commuting and teleworking.
