Statutory Leave

Statutory annual leave is the legal minimum amount of paid leave that almost all employees and workers are entitled from the employer to all the employees in a year. There are different types of common leave like Sick Leaves, Casual Leaves, Maternity Leaves, Paternity Leaves, etc. Every company has its own set of rules regarding the usage of statutory leaves. Some companies offer to carry forward options whereas some don’t.
