Queen Bee Syndrome

Queen Bee Syndrome is the situation in organizations when females at high-ranking positions or higher authority treat their subordinate women colleagues worse than males purely because of their gender. The situation occurs when female employees find it more stressful and uncomfortable to work for female bosses.
