New Hire Orientation

It is the process of welcoming new employees into the organization. When a new candidate is appointed there are certain formalities performed by mostly HR (human resource) to make sure the new employee has gone through the basic introduction and documentation process.

The major objective of employee orientation is to integrate new employee in the organization and make himself or herself comfortable in the new environment. It is also called NEO (new employee orientation)
