Job Hopper
A job hopper is a person who works in a job profile for the short term and shifts on another job profile. The pattern of fluctuating interest and changing careers is known as job-hopping.
Job hoppers are generally dissatisfied with one job and look for better opportunities by changing companies. Little changes in job profiles are okay and considered healthy as it concerns the career of a person but changing a lot of job profiles can create a negative impact on a candidate’s resume. Organizations often hesitate in trusting someone who is not stable in one organization for the long term. In simple terms, the practice of moving from one job to another is known as job-hopping.
