HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner is an external HR professional who works directly with an organization’s senior leaders to develop a new HR strategy. In this process, instead of communicating with the internal HR (Human Resource) department, the HR Business Partner coordinates with the senior leaders of the company mostly C-level executives. The HR Business Partner ensures that the HR strategy is appropriate for the organization and its HR process.
The internal HR works in a pattern and is mostly occupied by the ongoing tasks that may lead to a lack of new ideas. HR Business partner fills the same gap. An HR Business Partner acts as a consultant to the company.
