Headhunter

Headhunter is an individual or a company that provides recruitment services for specific job positions or senior-level executives. Headhunting is also known as executive search. Though it is a type of recruitment, but it differs from normal recruiters. Headhunters often work for organizations when they need to fulfill a specific job position on an urgent basis and that too with a qualified candidate. The opened job positions sent to headhunters are generally urgent ones. On the other hand, recruiters can be agents and employees working for a recruitment company who follows the standard recruitment process and do not have any urgency in their hiring process. The process of recruiting via headhunters is known as headhunting.
