Blue-Collar Workers
Blue-Collar Workers are the employees or workers who are responsible to perform hard manual labor work. Typically in factories, construction sites, mining, firefighting, agriculture, maintenance, etc. Mostly, blue-collar workers are paid hourly wages although some individuals with these jobs receive an annual salary or get paid by the job. Blue-collar occupations are highly specialized and require someone to be skilled in performing a specific task and do not require any formal education. The blue-collar workers mostly require the protection of a union to maintain the security of hours and future work.
